人生有离别。合肥某幼儿园2020届大班毕业典礼，小朋友们哭成泪人：

Kindergarten children in Hefei city, Anhui Province, shed tears at their graduation ceremony.

就是这么简短的一段英语，让你“阅读”：你做的究竟是“英语阅读”，还是“中文阅读”？

我是这样“英语阅读”的：“读”英语就是在“用”英语。

1. Kindergarten children

Well,a kindergarten is a school for children aged between 5 and 6 to learn and play before they start their K-12 education(Grade 1 to Grade 12) ,the compulsory education.

很多人除了只能把英语kindergarten“读成”中文“幼儿园”外，有多少人可以熟练的把它读成上面的英语？

可能很多人连一个字母都不错地把kindergarten拼写出来都困难重重，连“一次过”把英语单词kindergarten“读准读好”都困难重重，跟别说在英语阅读中能主动熟练使用上面包括K-12 education,compulsory education这样的英语词汇了：这就是变相式“中文阅读”的英语阅读带来的恶果，只“用”中文，英语则边学边忘，英语只学不用：见到kindergarten为什么不能主动积极使用compulsory education等英语？

2.in Hefei city, Anhui Province

有多少人在读到英语Anhui时，是能够熟练“说”英语，也就是“用”英语“Oh,I kniw Hefei is a city in Anhui Province in East China ”的呢？

你都是“读成”中文“合肥市”吗？这样的阅读怎么能叫“英语阅读”。长期做这样的变相式“中文阅读”怎么会提高你的英语“说”和“用”的水平呢？

3. shed tears at their graduation ceremony.

你是必须把英语shed tears“读成”(翻译成)中文“才会懂的”，是这样吗？

这不是“英语阅读”。

Okay.I got you.If people shed tears,they cry,they weep.

这才是“英语阅读”。

Examples:

1.Everyone in the room was shedding tears by the end of the ceremony = Everyone in the room was crying by the end of the ceremony.

2.Their relationship had soured so much over the years that John didn't shed a tear when he heard of his brother's death = Their relationship had soured so much over the years that John didn't cry when he heard of his brother's death.

They shed tears at their graduation ceremony means They cry at their commencement,or convocation.

你的“英语阅读”能把英语graduation ceremonry“读成”它的英语同义词，或英语意思commencement,or convocation吗？

如果不能，只能读成中文“毕业典礼”，这怎么能叫“英语阅读”呢？

假如我们规定：一个人一生学英语的时间最多只给10年时间，你会不会在“学”英语的第一年，“读”英语graduation ceremony是中文“毕业典礼”，到了第10年底，读英语graduation ceremony还是中文“毕业典礼”呢？如是，你认为你十年的英语学习有意义吗？
