在披头士登陆美国50周年的演唱会“The Beatles：改变美国的一夜”，Ed Sheeran演唱了披头士经典曲目《In My Life》，黄老板的演唱，清新动人，屏幕里放着披头士的过往，台下坐着Paul和小野洋子，突然间觉得世界很温柔。

这首歌曲是John Lennon为悼念自己死去的好友Stuart Sutcliffe而作，描写了很多过去的记忆，唱着对故人的怀念。旋律里尽是思念，让听者也不自觉的去回忆起过往时光。

尽管歌曲有一些悲伤的基调，但在最后有一个转折——过去的未必是最好的，不要绝望的舔舐着回忆，更应该珍惜现在的人，营造了一个更加积极的基调。
