中关村一小地处北京市海淀区中关村自主创新高科技核心园区。学校创建于1949年，与新中国一起诞生、共同成长，六十九年的办学历史赋予了中关村一小厚重的文化底蕴，也孕育了一小“自主、自立、自控、自新”的“葵园”精神。目前学校拥有中关村校区、天秀校区、中央党校校区，149个教学班，近6000名学生，三百多名教职员工。
