第一，政府、企业、明星等可以扩大对健康饮食和生活的宣传，引起人们的关注，通过奖励政策鼓励人们每天运动，保持健康。

其次，政府可以鼓励商家生产更健康、更美味、更方便的健康食品，以满足人们的入浴，要求垃圾食品加税或在包装上显示健康风险提示，从而增加不健康食品的消费成本，从而让更多的人减少消费量。

another factor to blame. Induced by the enormous profit of junk food, those companies produce tons of innutritious products, such as canned food and ready meals which contain excessive sugar, fat and artificial ingredients. Exposed to such eating for a long time, consumers will be more prone to overweight and various diseases ensued.

To tackle theses problems, the government should take multiple measures. Firstly, awareness campaigns are needed to publicize the importance of physical practice, which aims at those sitting in front of screens. Meanwhile, tax imposed on junk food is a practical measure, which can inhibit those profit-minded food companies from manufacturing unhealthy products.

To sum up, the overweight problem is a complicated issue with both personal and business reasons, which need to be dealt with by multifaceted solutions, from increasing the public consciousness to regulating food businesses. Only by doing so, can this problem be properly addressed.
