聂庆平，中国证券金融股份有限公司董事长。中国社会科学院、北京大学中国金融政策研究中心研究员;清华大学五道口金融学院、中国社会科学院研究生院硕士生导师;苏州大学、对外经济贸易大学博士生导师。近年来翻译出版《英汉金融与投资术语词典》，主编《证券借贷理论与实务》，著《看多中国：资本市场的历史与对外开放战略》，《中国金融风险防范问题研究》等。在国内外刊物发表学术论文30多篇。

Nie Qingping is the chairman of China Securities Finance Co., Ltd. He is also a researcher at CASS and Financial Policy Research Center of Peking University, master’s supervisor of Tsinghua PBCSF and CASS, and Ph.D supervisor of Suzhou University and UIBE. Nie has published more than 30 articles and books including The Long on China, Explore the Security Market of China, Theoretical and Practical Study of Securities Lending.
