演讲稿是介绍性说明文，在语言中必须准确简洁，通俗易懂，层次明确，条理清晰。介绍说明事物的内容关系要明确，逻辑性要强。演讲稿由开头语、正文、结尾语三部分组成。前言一般比较简单，目的是吸引听众或读者的注意力。

演讲的开始和结束通常有以下固定形式：
