Lead development of the Mars Food Australia portfolio strategy, to meet local growth ambitionsLead the development of MasterFoods brand strategic framework, compass, narrative, architecture for communication designDelivery of operating plan to guide and lead the strategic development and implementation of the plans to deliver growth of MasterFoodsLeadership of local deployment of global strategies and assigned global initiativeWork closely with stakeholders to ensure translation of NPD & brand activations into customer ready materialsLead a brand and digital team to develop brand growth strategies and annual plans

Relevant business degree / qualificationInspirational marketing leader who is highly experienced in brand building through strategy, innovation and executionStrong experience collaborating with and managing stakeholders and ability to communicate at all levels of our organizationProven leadership skillsAbility to influencing senior stakeholders and management teamsPrevious digital media and content experience
