英语电子邮件和信件的写法大致相同，但有一些差异。一般来说，英语电子邮件由以下五部分组成：

1.标题栏框

通常记录在左上角，包括发件人姓名、邮箱地址、发送日期、收件人姓名、邮箱地址和邮件标题。

排序格式如下：

FROM:发件人姓名、邮箱地址

DATE:发送日期

至：收件人姓名、邮箱地址

摘要：介绍信的简明扼要的内容。一般用单词，短语，偶尔用句子。

2.称呼

位于正文的开头。称呼取决于发送者和接收者之间的关系。如果是同学、朋友，可以直接叫那个名字。对于成年人或上级，在姓氏前应添加Mr、Miss、Mrs、Dr、Professor等表示称谓的单词。

3.正文

本文要简洁明了。简单问候后，要开门见山地说明信的目的。这部分文章比较自由，但对于电子邮件的回复，一定要收紧“回复”一词，要“提问、回答、解惑”。高考中要根据试题要求的内容写，最重要的是要表达清楚，要有条理，语言要准确流利。

4.信末问候

结尾的问候语通常很简洁。比如Yours、Thanks等，一般写在左下角。

5.签名

通常写在左下角，有时写在右下角。

感谢大家。thank you for your wonderful gift/interesting email。

表示关心和提问：How are you these days？/How are you getting on these days？/how are you getting on with yourwork/studies？

对不起。I am sorry that I did not reply soon but I have been very busy these days。

遗憾的是，I was sorry to learn that you did not do well in the examination。/I am so upset to hear that you are ill these days。

常用的结束语如下。

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon。

please give my regards to your family。

take good care of you and keep in touch。
