谢廷峰(Nicholas Tse，1980年8月29日-)，出生于中国香港的祖籍广东番禺毕业于香港国际学校，中国香港男歌手、演员、音乐创作者、制作人、主持人、青年企业家、Ponoting创始人。
1987年随父母搬到加拿大。1995年留学的日本东京学习音乐，15岁创作了第一首歌《估计错误》。1996年正式出道。
