01快速生成随机文本

有时我们会在word中用大段落进行测试，或者想给别人看Word的一些操作步骤，电脑里的文档又不方便演示，我们在电脑上乱输入大段落，这样语句就不顺利，需要一段时间，我们可以调用Word的函数快速生成随机文本。

第一步：先用英语切换输入法

第二步：在空白页中输入“=rand()”，然后按回车，将生成一个大文本段落。

如果需要段落数和每个段落中的字符的句子数，还可以输入“=rand(x，y)”，回车，x是段落数，y是每个段落中的句子数。

02快速绘制分割线

输入三个“_”并按enter键后，将显示一条直线。

输入三个“*”并按enter键后，将出现虚线。

输入三个“~”并按enter键后，将出现波浪线。

输入3'='并按enter键后，将显示双线。

输入三个“#”并按enter键后，中间将出现三条粗线。

03快速上下移动全文。

同时按“shift alt向上箭头”，向上移动段落文字，按“shift alt向下箭头”，向下移动段落文字。

04其他快捷键

“shift F3”更改文字的大小写。

“Ctrl F”打开word导航搜索框。通过此快捷方式可以轻松找到文档的内容。
